"Heal-thy Cells"

"If you don't take care of your body,

where are you going to live?"

4 THINGS you can do to stay healthy

or change the health status of your body. *

1. Cell Fuel: "You are what you eat!"

What you put in your mouth determines your blood quality. The blood is transported throughout your body to "feed and oxygenate your cells". When our diets are over processed foods, we don't have the building blocks the body needs to be energized and heal properly.

The body understands plants (whole foods) and "computes" with the "intelligence" in nature. It needs the wide ratio of nutrients such as minerals, vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, antioxidants, and so much more that plants extract from the earth and sea.

2. Cell Hydration: Quality water intake!

Most people have no idea how much water they should be drinking, and most Americans live from day to day in a dehydrated state. They don't drink enough water. Without water, we would be poisoned to death by our own waste products and toxins resulting from metabolism. Water is vital to digestion and metabolism, acting as a medium for various enzymatic and chemical reactions in the body. It carries nutrients and oxygen to the cells through the blood, regulates body temperature and lubricates joints (which is particularly important if you're arthritic, have chronic muscular-skeletal problems or are athletically active).

We need water to breathe; we lose approximately one pint of liquid every day just by exhaling. If you are not in "fluid balance" you can impair every aspect of your body's physiological functioning. As a result of not drinking enough water, many people encounter such problems as excess body fat, poor muscle tone and size, decreased digestive efficiency and organ function, increased toxicity in the body, joint and muscle soreness (particularly after exercise) and water retention.

The minimum amount of water a healthy person should drink is 10 eight-ounce glasses a day (or take half your weight = ounces of water needed daily). Soda, coffee, and trashy energy drinks do not count as water! -- they won't hydrate and cleanse your body systems!

3. Cell Exercise:

Highly recommended: Walking, swing-type aerobic exercise machines and Rebound exercise (mini-trampoline)- because of the tremendous benefits it has for the lymphatic system as well as the entire body. Exercise that provides a "cleansing" or "strengthening" for the cells without damaging cells, is what helps us to stimulate our own healing mechanisms within. Another great part about exercise is that when you reach the aerobic mode, your heart is beating faster and you are breathing harder, which means you will be taking on more oxygen! Increasing your oxygen intake can help to stimulate the healing of your body even more!

4. Cell Communication: What you think! Love and forgive yourself and others!

Your body thrives in a peaceful, loving, and low stress environment. The moment your body is under stress the Ph of your saliva goes ACID. Stress is a killer! Your immune response can be cut by 50% or more under stress.

Positive Cell Communication:

Laughter, Prayer, Meditation, Forgiveness, Positive Thoughts and Words, Positive Friends and Relationships, Proper Sleep, Massage, Energy Work, Relaxation Techniques, Vacations, Breathing Techniques, Aromatherapy, Music Therapy, and More!

Negative Cell Communication:

Violent And Negative Thoughts, Acts, Friends, Media, and More! Health and success do not thrive in a negative environment. Do you ever notice the "feeling" you get when you are around negative people? Constant emotional stress will exhaust our adrenal gland function. Constant stress on your cells by toxins or other invaders will destroy the quality of your life. Evaluate your level of stress and do your best to find avenues to aid your body in dealing with it. By all means, eliminate the things you have control over!

Good Health to You!

*Although genetics can be a factor in poor health, these genetic problems could also stem from deficiencies (weaknesses) that came from your ancestors, thus you are what your great, great grandparents ate and thought as well. Generally, disease is caused by cellular stress! Whatever is stressing your cells is also stressing and killing you! The poor quality of our food, water, and air, as well as emotional stress we have in today's fast paced and polluted world tears down our bodies and also our immunity factors. Add these facts to a world full of toxins, viruses, bacteria, and parasite invaders that thrive in the human body, and you can see why our health is deteriorating rapidly.
